Our aim was to create a modern, open and customer-friendly Notarial Office. The location in the very centre of Świnoujście – the ground floor of the building situated at Wybrzeże Władysława IV 33 B Street – provides our customers with convenient access. There is also a car park at the very entrance.

Our young, dynamic and cooperative team guarantees the highest quality of services to our Customers. We ensure professionalism, reliability as well as a substantial and individual approach to every Customer. We deal with the matters concerning our Customers with due care. After an analysis of the legal status and facts, we specify a solution which will help our Customers achieve the desired legal effects.

We are pleased to provide all information also in German and English. All free of charge. Owing to the theoretical knowledge and practical experience we possess, we perform our acts clearly and thoroughly. We provide notarial services quickly and efficiently, ensuring our Customers safety and confidence concerning the acts we perform.

The Notary Office is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

There is a possibility of setting an individual date and time of the appointment in order to perform notarial acts. Further, in justified cases dependent on particular circumstances or the character of an act, the act may be drawn up also outside the Office.
